Inventory Planner II (Aged Billing Resolution Analyst)
About The Role:
The Inventory Planner II is responsible for researching, resolving, reporting, and planning preventatively all opportunities related to outstanding or aging billings and invoices. Develop and monitor a strong Pending PO control policy and ensure that all related activities are key drivers of quality, cost efficiency, and current best practices within the organization/industry.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Continue to improve Pending PO inventory flow processes to ensure that all customer (internal and external) metrics are serviced in line with expectations.
Enforce the Inventory Policy with regard to Aged Pendings.
Proactively implement improvement opportunities.
Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Establish best practices and Customer Improvement Actions (CIAs) with customers.
Communicate billing and invoice specifications to customers and sales personnel.
Develop relationships with strategic customer contacts, sales, and internal business partners.
Foster positive and supportive relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience developing and implementing control processes and projections in a high-dollar volume environment.
Strong financial analysis skills
Expertise in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Field Inventory Management/Customer Care experience Preferred.
Proficient in SAP and related database management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Able to build lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of BCS Sales, Operations, and customers.
Detail, results, and purposeful collaborator.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and determined.
Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitator/customer service skills.
