This role will be based in Fairfax, Virginia, and will involve working on cases for a diverse range of clients . The workplace will provide a hybrid work environment, offering the flexibility to work from both home and office.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in Community Association matters, providing expert legal advice and representation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
• Prepare and present arguments and counter-arguments in a court of law or other legal proceedings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Utilize knowledge of Juris and Bar Admission during case preparation and representation in court.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
• Monitor and achieve billable hours target as part of performance measures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
• Continually update professional knowledge and skills for the benefit of clients and the firm.
