| Required Skills: | Qualifications:
• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences or related field & two years of experience providing services to mentally ill persons or
• Baccalaureate Degree & 4 years of experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
• One year training or experience in administration or supervision. |
| Preferred Skills: | Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing aspects of assigned facilities programming.
• Complete clinical assessments for appropriateness of placement of clients referred to Adult Faster Care for services. Arranges for admission of potential residents.
• On-call for mental health crises and other emergencies.
• Responsible for meeting DHS Rule 245D and County licensure requirements.
• Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with any and all regulatory agencies. |

| Job Description: |
Objective:
To provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by the Home Based Community Service (HCBS). The Director in (HCBS) provides administrative oversight of a designated number of houses under the direct supervision of the CEO. This person has a background in management. Provides direction in mental health crisis situations as well as give administrative guidance within the licensing rules governing (HCBS).
