Job Purpose
The purpose of the Geozone Service Quality Manager role is to be a subject matter expert to the Geozone quality team for a specific product line(s). This role includes ensuring procedure and work instructions are effective, efficient, and implemented across R&M and Operations locations. When an incident occurs within the Product Line, the Geozone Services Quality Manager will coordinate with other functional resources to participate or lead an investigation, conduct a root cause analysis with cross[1]functional support, and close out the investigation. Similarly, the Geozone Services Quality Manager will be responsible for reviewing common issues that are driving Service Disputes and Liquidated damages within their product line(s) and drive improvement projects to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality.
This position will report to the Quality function and support the product line(s) with their product line expertise, driving quality improvements, reduced NPT, reduced service quality incidents and improved margins within the product lines(s).
