JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wausau Window and Wall Systems POSITION SUMMARY
Temporary summer production associates may perform a variety of general
production and facility tasks including, but not limited to material
handling, window fabrication, assembly, glazing, packaging and shipping
functions. 2nd shift openings are available at the Wausau and Stratford
facilities. POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:
\* Perform window fabrication, assembly and glazing in a line concept,
flexing up and down the line to balance the work flow. \* Job tasks
include but not limited to, manufacturing screw construction, installing
sash, crimping, blind installation, weather sealing, glaze windows
utilizing all glazing methods. \* Operate small hands tools, chop saw
and other production equipment as needed to complete the window unit for
final assembly. \* Locate, organize and install window hardware. \*
Follow company safety and standard operating procedures. This includes
wearing required protective equipment, including but not limited to
steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection. \*
Maintain a neat and orderly work area. \* Maintain quality
specifications and information. \* Accurate and timely completion of
required documentation, both electronic and paperwork. \* May be
required to perform other duties as needed. To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

duties may be assigned and required. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18
years old. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous work
experience or academic achievement/school activities demonstrating
commitment to excellence and reliability are required. Mechanical
aptitude, good communication skills and ability to learn quickly are
also desired. Positions designated for students and require the
individual to be enrolled in a college or technical school program for
the upcoming semester. Must be available to work full-time shift
schedule, plus overtime. Skill requirements include basic reading and
math skills, ability to use measurement tools and computer proficiency.
Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of available
positions. This can include being required to work while standing for
8-10 hours per day and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Reasonable

perform the essential functions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This
position has no supervisory responsibility. WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL
