$1,000 hiring bonus paid out in two payments of $500 each (3 months and 6 months after hire).
Job Summary:
StreetWorks, a program of Lutheran Social Service of MN, is a collaborative of youth-serving nonprofits that have provided street-based outreach to youth experiencing homelessness in the Metro area since 1994. With 19 Member and Partner Agencies, we are the largest outreach collaborative in Minnesota focused on ending youth homelessness.
The Collaborative Administrator of Housing Stability is responsible for StreetWorks Rental Assistance programming, budgeting, data collection and analysis, communication, and resource coordination. This position will process rental assistance applications, develop relationships with property managers, track payments, follow-up on housing outcomes, respond to requests for assistance - providing warm handoff referrals as needed, and assist in writing grant reports. This position is also responsible for procurement and distribution of StreetWorks outreach supplies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human services OR equivalent experience serving youth at-risk-of, or experiencing, homelessness and exploitation.
Superior computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional computer skills/programs as necessary.
Ability to work and communicate directly with staff and/or community members who hold various levels of responsibility and power.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Desire to work with people of various identities, including, but not limited to diversity of age, race, nationality, culture, citizenship status, language, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, neurodiversity, religious or spiritual belief, lived experience, and intersections of all these identities.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to respond to crisis situations.
Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
