Gopher Sport is seeking an Application and Systems Analyst II, where you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing the efficiency and ROI of our key applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite and its integrations. This challenging role is perfect for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional who excels in application configuration, project management, and system optimization.

Description
This position entails ensuring these applications are properly configured, perform optimally, and are secure and available to users. Responsibilities include managing projects, maintaining systems, optimizing processes, and providing user support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite ERP systems, technical proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and cloud computing, along with excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. This role is designed for a proactive, tech-savvy individual eager to drive digital transformation and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
What will you be doing?
* Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of assigned applications, including NetSuite, Avalara, Celigo, Tipalti, Magento, Shiphawk, among others.
* Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion, meeting strict deadlines and budget requirements.
* Develop accurate, standardized reporting and perform routine system maintenance to enhance performance and security.
* Manage user support, system integrations, and automate repetitive tasks, continuously seeking improvements and optimizations.

Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, and administration.
* Strong foundation in ERP architecture, SQL, JavaScript, and cloud computing.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; NetSuite certifications preferred.
* Outstanding communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
