Job Description:
Are you ready to join a growing team where you can make a real difference in the lives of older adults in the Mankato, Willmar, Appleton or Marshal areas? As a Full Time Preadmission Screening Specialist at Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging Inc, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills while working from the comfort of your own home (must live in one of our 27-county service areas in Minnesota). You'll be responsible for monitoring and assuring the quality of the preadmission screening referrals process, reviewing complex situations with empathy and professionalism, and assisting providers and lead agencies to ensure that older adults receive the quality care they deserve.

With a competitive pay range of $20-$23/hour and benefits like Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account and Paid Time Off, your new journey starts here. You'll need a bachelor's degree in social work*, gerontology, nursing*, or a related human service field with one year of experience. Your success in this role will also rely on self-motivation, dependability, attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent time management skills, and the initiative to handle multiple tasks effectively. If you possess these skills and are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults, apply now for this exciting opportunity! Submit an application by visiting www.mnraaa.org. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

* A degree in social work or nursing requires licensure or demonstrated progress/intent on securing licensure.
