Job Description:
Pro Staff is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in Alexandria, MN. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our organization. We are looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence.

Pay: $90,000 - $145,000 annually

Shift: Monday-Friday, may include weekends

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets. You'll implement processes, tools, and structures to optimize sales operations, set and track sales goals, and leverage data to enhance performance. Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, you'll develop strategies to expand and retain our customer base. Additionally, you'll recruit, mentor, and train sales teams, participate in strategic sales activities, and ensure departmental goals are met within approved budgets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of related experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge of sales functions and department processes
