Your Impact:
- Transformation at scale. 20,000 user community, 500 strong programme team
- Complex delivery approach. A hybrid in more than one sense, the programme employs a range of project delivery models while journeying to Scaled Agile.
- We are entering an exciting phase of the programme lifecycle; starting to bring together the business processes and enabling technologies for the first phase of integrated testing.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Previous hands-on Business Change experience, capable of translating the case for change into tangible interventions led by the business as usual
- Experience working on complex business transformational projects
- Experience developing stakeholder management & Comms planning
- Presenting skills, able to make a persuasive case, translating the case for change into tangible interventions
- Experience in portfolio management and how projects align to strategy, including the development & management of Objective and Key Results
- Ability to facilitate workshops and structured sessions regarding planning, lessons learned etc.
- Experience working within the intelligence community
Given the nature of the work that our client does, security is of paramount importance. You will need to be eligible for high level security clearance so will need to have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years.
