JOB SUMMARY: Performs technical work in the repair, installation, and maintenance of slot machines and related equipment. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and related equipment; install and properly option computer software related to slot machines;  follow specific procedures to ensure regulatory compliance; provide friendly, excellent guest service while performing technical functions; act as a general source of information for guests; process cash transactions accurately; proficiency in the use of hand power tools, testing equipment and instruments.
