Job Title: Legal Secretary Job Description: A reputable local law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth daily operations of the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and court proceedings. Organize, track, and maintain case files for easy attorney access. Compile, analyze, and organize information for legal cases. Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, scheduling, and maintaining attorney calendars. Manage office supplies and handle copying, scanning, and faxing tasks. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a legal administrative role (required). High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in personal injury, family law, or employment law (preferred). Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in clerical tasks, including word processing, filing, and records management.
