Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,276.92 to $2,500.00+
biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, who works in the Building Services
Department, provides outstanding maintenance services for Copper Mountain
owned and managed properties. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is
responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Mechanical
Maintenance team to meet Company, Department, and Owner requirements
through proper delivery of maintenance services.
