Caregiver Job Duties include:

Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

Provide and plan person-centered care and activities

Respite Care

Assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and transportation (Homecare clients)

Comply with all documentation requirements

Caregiver Requirements

One year experience in home care\nursing facility

TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray

Driver’s License

Reliable car / Auto insurance

Clean background and criminal record must be able to pass a drug test
