Description The Quality Systems Coordinator (QSC) / Production
Assistant. As QSC directs the quality program at the branch. This
individual organizes and facilitates meetings, leads the Quality
Council, and monitors and advances the quality improvement efforts of
the branch. In this role, the QSC acts as the QMS \"champion\" and will
be the driving force to keep everyone on track.The QSC is responsible
for implementing and maintaining the quality system at their plant,
including training and all quality activities, by performing the
following duties: Directing the quality program at the branch,
facilitating meetings, and leading Quality Council Implementing and
maintaining the quality system Communicating, maintaining and generating
all reports for the TPM Plant Board Managing corrective and preventive
actions and customer reports Conducting internal ISO and compliance
audits for the plant Running SAP reports As Production Assistant This
position will work in support of the Production Scheduler. As a
Production Assistant you will be responsible for: Reviewing customer
orders and determining acceptable customer requirements
Schedulingwarehouse shipments to plant Communicatingto Customer Service
and customers on delivery times to customersQualifications To perform
your job as expected, you will be required to: Have an associate\'s
degree from a 2-year college (preferred); or have related experience
and/or training; or have an equivalent combination of both Have the
demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, identify and address
problems, meet deadlines, and manage projects Be proficient with
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Have strong organization and time
management skills Have excellent written, verbal communication and
presentation skills, and be a strong facilitator Have some SAP

plus if you have: Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Quality
