Junior Digital Project Quality
THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital project Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to quality projects coordination (e.g simplification processes, digitalizzation) data analysis, definition/review of KPIS, create/review training material and roll out trainings on end-user by acting as change player. In this exciting and challenging role you will report to the Commercial Quality Head and you will be collaborating with both the local and global teams.

Responsibilities:
Specific projects
- Propose digital projects in order to increase automatization within the quality department and/or the whole organization
- Coordinate specific digital/simplification projects by engaging the contributors and providing success project metrics
Training
- Create training material by using new innovative ways (AI, Video, …) and tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants
- Conduct onsite training sessions by providing hands-on guidance to ensure participants' understanding and proficiency
- Utilize multimedia tools and interactive techniques to engaging online learning sessions on various end user technology topics.
Data analysis and KPI
- Data Analysis (batch disposition, complaints, events/deviation, CAPA, supplier..)
- Monitoring performances (KPIs)
Quality Culture
- Collaborate and run the regular stuff like weekly Community sessions, sharepoint site, yammer, etc.
- Spread “Quality Verb” acting as role model
Requirements:
- Scientific Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Good Knowledge and experience (1-2 years) in project management with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for hosting online learning sessions and onsite trainings.
- Experiences with Microsoft end-user technology and related applications and in web design, communication sciences, video- and image editing, graphic- and process design
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous and curios to learn new things
