these values. Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager is
responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of Business
Development Representatives (new sellers) to grow our dealerships in
every aspect, including service, parts, truck sales, rental, and lease.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Manage,
Support, and Develop the Business Development Team, ensuring adherence
to our commitments and fostering professional growth. Provide oversight
to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) throughout the Business
Development Representative Program, facilitating their success and
progression (Program length 1-1.5 Years). Measure and validate
completion of Representative objectives and approve objective incentive

Conduct regular consultations with Business Development Representatives,
cultivating a supportive and empowering work environment. Offer
constructive feedback and drive enhancements to the Business Development
Representative program to elevate the overall employee experience.
Foster Lifelong Learning: Ensure successful completion of training,
rotational timelines and achievement of goals, promoting a culture of
continuous learning and development. Collaborate with management to
devise strategies that promote ongoing learning and advancement within
the organization. Supervise and Coach Representatives on client
meetings. Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: Empower Business Development
Executives (BDEs) to explore innovative approaches and initiatives.
Represent the company in meetings with key stakeholders, showcasing our
commitment to innovation and progress. Lead future Business Development
Representative program improvements and implementation. Demonstrate Good
Stewardship: Utilize CRM systems to streamline operations and optimize
