REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to lift 55 lbs over your head.
Meet the minimum age for a qualified guide in Colorado.
The ability to confidently swim and tread water.
The ability to work as a part of a team but problem-solve independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including a 15-passenger van.
Able to remain flexible regarding guests' requests and changes as they occur.
Customer Service skills
CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain the certification upon hire.
Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
No more than one request off lasting more than 7 days between June 1st and
September 30th.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Preferred:
Wide range of technical skills in one or more of the following: mountain
biking, rock climbing, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, or archery
Familiar with Leave No Trace principles
Experience driving a 15-passenger van
Prior experience guiding outdoor activities.
