Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis is hiring Part-Time Servers to join our team. We offer on-the-job training and guaranteed hours!

We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood. We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options. 

There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Hours: 3:00pm to 6:30pm

What does a Server do?

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents in the dining room and to resident's rooms.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.  

What does a Server require?

• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!

Location: Augustana Apartments is part of Cassia and located in the Central Metro. Address: 1509 10th Avenue S, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55404. We are located near US Bank Stadium.
