Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Program Support and Assistant to the Program Managers located at the Beavercreek, OH Headquarters Office.

Responsibilities include:


Provide administrative support to Program Managers


Compiling and drafting monthly contractual reports;
Tracking contractual deliverables and compiling materials;
Coordinating, drafting and tracking a variety of documents (PMRs, PDs, MSRs);
Tracking hours spent on contract and keeping the Program Managers up to date;
Maintaining and updating program/employee rosters;
Coordinating and scheduling activities such as interviews and team lunches;
Assist with timesheet approval/reconciliation

Provide support to the Program Managers, researching and compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics, prepares factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications
Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives
Self-starter and strong initiative to take on tasks as they arise
Coordinating, organizing and drafting purchase requests on contract
Maintain document libraries for projects/programs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:


Must be a US citizen
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related degree
Minimum 2 years of experience performing administrative functions
Highly efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
