Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a FP&A Analyst to join one of our largest manufacturing clients. This individual will be reporting directly into the CFO and will be running ROI analysis on new and existing products. They will be analyzing and interpreting financial data and trends while conducting variance analysis and explaining the drivers of business performance. They will be responsible for providing recommendations and insights based on analysis across various business initiatives and projects across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years of FP&A experience

* Exposure to manufacturing organization

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Top notch data management skills -- Microsoft Excel and other financial software and tools

* Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to all levels in an organization

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

* Understanding of business drivers and key performance indicators

* Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt

* Teamwork and collaboration skills

* Pursuit/ completion of the accounting designation
