a full-time, salaried RN, Clinical Manager to join our regional
leadership team, managing Holmen, Galesville, and the Ashley Wellness
Center Clinics. What you will do: Provide management and oversee the
delivery of clinical services in family medicine clinics and work-site
clinic. Manage and lead approximately 28 direct reports comprised of
Patient Liaisons, Regional Business Office Coordinator, RNs, LPNs,
Medical Assistants, and Physical Therapists to ensure optimal
functioning in day-to-day operations Work collaboratively with the
Clinical Operations Director and Medical Director to achieve unit
strategic goals Collaborate with a strong and experienced team of
clinical managers and leaders throughout the regional leadership team
