Plant Manager

Responsible for overall CNC Production Team performance

• Lead and organize production scheduling.
• Coordinate production jobs for efficiency
• Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and improve efficiency of setups.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 2 year engineering degree with sufficient experience
• 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing, CNC programming, and supervisory experience
• Thorough understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing principles
• Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g. Inventor, Solidworks, etc.)
• Experience with 3D CAM software (e.g. MasterCam, Esprit, etc.)
• Ability to be observant and analytical, strong focus and attention to detail, thoroughness and dealing with complexity.
• Ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously
• Control material and/or tooling orders to maintain shop supply and keep workflow efficient through shop.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
