Job DescriptionThe M&E Global Process Manager will play a vital role on the Meetings & Events team. In this role you will work with cross functionally to execute on the implementation strategy that supports the operational infrastructure and service delivery effectiveness. This role is responsible for the execution of process development projects including process creation, documentation, and training.

Key Responsibilities
Implement the process documentation and training strategy and oversee operational plans ensuring project team members are aware of key deliverables.
Responsible for managing the design, creation, maintenance and monitoring of playbooks, process flows and standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring continuous process improvements
Responsible for the creation of the training program for all implemented SOP including course work and certification to validate achievement and retention of material
Create and execute operational project plans, resource allocation, deadlines, risk analysis, communicates challenges or barriers and translates them into actionable plans
Proactively analyze deadlines, competing priorities, barriers, challenges and risks and creates prioritization plans to ensure objectives are met
Assess and recommend solutions when faced with competing deadlines/deliverables or shifting priorities to ensure objectives are met
Incorporate change management into project execution approaches to reduce change impact and fatigue
Ensure consistent updates to project plan milestones and deliverables, and execute project status reports and launch communication to internal M&E teams
Responsible for management, training and supervision of direct reports
Assist with other related tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications
4+ years project management or meeting & events operations management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple/competing projects and timelines
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Working knowledge of organizational change management process
Experience creating process maps, playbooks, standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years implementing meeting and event or travel program organizational initiatives e.g. Strategic Meetings Management or corporate business travel programs
3rd-Party meeting management vendor/agency operations, consulting and/or implementation experience a bonus
Experience using waterfall, six sigma yellow or green belt, lean or agile project management methodologies
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
Experience working in project management technology e.g. Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalent
Experienced creating process flows in a diagramming software e.g. Visio
Experience communicating with all levels of stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple teams/stakeholders
