Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising environment preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of and experience in traditional marketing and communications processes, including social media
Proficient in photography and videography to include shooting/recording and editing. Follows photo and video image use policies.
Knowledge of copyright and related laws.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Possesses strong organization and time management skills
Strong project management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
Supports the creation of digital graphics and basic design/layout of collateral.
Assists with the development of ads and emails.
Supports videography and photography activities, including editing and working with appropriate staff to schedule shoots.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community.
Attends scheduled meetings, communicates deadlines, and participates in ongoing projects.
Completes projects on time and effectively prioritizes multiple projects to best meet organizational and department objectives.
Understands and follows the organization's branding and identity standards.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
