Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for go to market integration planning and execution through all phases of acquisition integration to meet/exceed acquisition business case and synergy objectives. You will work collaboratively with teams across IBM and the acquired company, including Software, Sales (all routes to market), Global Process Owners, and Corporate Development to achieve integration objectives.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for go to market integration planning and execution through all phases of acquisition integration to meet/exceed acquisition business case and synergy objectives. You will work collaboratively with teams across IBM and the acquired company, including Software, Sales (all routes to market), Global Process Owners, and Corporate Development to achieve integration objectives.
You will provide go to market support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including due diligence, and will lead the go to market effort during integration to maximize synergy value creation and achieve critical integration milestones including Day 1 Readiness, transfer of employment, and transfer of business.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working knowledge of go-to-market (sales, partner, marketing, seller enablement, seller incentives, etc).
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven written and verbal executive communication skills.
- M&A business acumen.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working knowledge of the IBM GTM model, sales support systems, tools, contracting vehicles, seller incentive programs and the strong internal IBM network.
- Prior acquisition integration experience.
- Masters Degree.
