Love being a nurse, but tired of working on weekends and holidays? Come work in our campus health and wellness clinic! At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we help our students pursue the education, training and life skills they need to be qualified for the job market and become contributing members of their communities.
MAIN DUTIES:
LPNs assist the Health and Wellness staff in planning, implementing and evaluating an efficient wellness program consistent with student needs and Job Corps goals and requirements. Among other duties, they (1) participate in the medical examination of students, (2) screen patients and makes referrals, (3) observe and record vital signs, symptoms and behavior, (4) provide first aid and (5) provide guidance to students in matters of personal health and hygiene.
WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time 20 hours per week, preferably on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
