Got a keen eye for treasures and a heart for helping others? Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester is seeking someone like you! Your expertise in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller can play a big role in aiding seniors and their families during pivotal life transitions.

We're on a mission to find those with the passion to solve problems, work independently, and join our daily treasure hunts in homes across Worcester County. Your role will be to help seniors downsize, sort their belongings, and find new homes for their valued possessions through our online estate auction platform.

What you'll earn:
  • Starting at $18/hr with no industry experience.
  • $20/hr or more with relevant experience in estate sales/auctions.
  • Potential for growth into leadership roles with performance-based bonuses
What you'll do:
  • Sort through homes to categorize items for donation, sale, or disposal.
  • Photograph items for online auctions and assist with house cleanouts.
  • Pack and resettle clients into their new homes with care and efficiency.

Who we're looking for:
  • Problem-solvers with a positive attitude and a non-smoking commitment.
  • Individuals who can stand, walk, lift, and pack with stamina and dedication.
  • Those with reliable transport, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license.
