Job Summary:
RCA Electric and Generators is seeking a skilled and experienced Mitsubishi Mini-Split HVAC Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, servicing, and maintaining Mitsubishi mini-split and ductless HVAC systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair mini-split and ductless Mitsubishi HVAC systems (training can be provided for installations)
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in mini-split units.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure all installations meet safety and compliance standards.
Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used.
Keep up to date with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
Mitsubishi HVAC certification required.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II required or Universal preferred)
(Or in the process of obtaining.)

Proven experience maintaining Mitsubishi mini-split or ductless HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to remain standing and active on feet for extended periods
Ability to travel as needed for work-related assignments
Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
