Job Description:
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Rental Coordinator to support the rental activities for construction equipment and coordinate rental details to and through other Ziegler departments and customers.
Responsibilities:
Creates rental agreements
Coordinates equipment deliveries and returns
Assists rental preparations with service
Provides accurate and timely customer invoices
Develops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applications
Completes required administrative reporting requirements
Updates equipment status, work order status, and yard status
Works closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and value
Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
Assists with after-hours, on-call responsibilities
Answers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customers
Follows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactions
Answers calls from Ziegler Rental call center
Develops expertise with Ziegler's rental software tools
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and Organization
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Physical Requirements:

Walking, talking, hearing
