This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
Position on a dedicated team of mental health professionals and practitioners specializing in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families, in the environments where they live. Mental health providers on the team provide clinical interventions under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. The role of our program is to support children and adolescents and their families in their efforts for our clients to be maintained in the home, if possible, and in foster care or group home when necessary. Our clients are faced with various hurdles in their lives, including trauma, attachment difficulties, and other mental and emotional health struggles.
FTP strives to implement a team-based approach to support the complexities of the clinical work done with our clients. This position requires services to be delivered in the community, at home, at school or elsewhere. It is a position that requires working closely with and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, and a variety of Washington County providers.
This position requires some evening and on-call hours (phone response only approximately one week out of six).

Hybrid (Coon Rapids)
Schedule
40 hours, Monday - Friday, mostly 9am-5pm with 4 hours outside of 9am-5pm
Qualifications
Possess a master's degree or higher in psychology, social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Currently possess or within six (6) months of possessing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT)
Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services.
Experience working with trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional and behavioral escalations, and complex family systems.
Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
Experience with Electronic Health Records
