The full time Team Leader will perform both administrative and direct clinical care functions. As required, a minimum of .5 FTE will be dedicated to program administration. The Team Leader should have at least 2 years experience supervising a behavioral health program and its staff with priority given to previous ACT and mobile crisis team oversight, clinical experience working with an SMI/SUD population and experience coordinating these services with housing, medical, educational and employment needs. The Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • directing day to day clinical operations
  • assuring adequate staff coverage and scheduling
  • leading daily organizational meetings
  • leading service planning meetings
  • directing and coordinating admissions
  • coordinating the assessment and treatment planning process
  • working with Human Resources in the recruitment and hiring staff
  • setting up and maintaining the office and overseeing its operations
  • managing the budget
  • overseeing the management and use of service dollars
  • supervising the clinical record and overall record keeping process
  • carrying out quality assurance activities in collaboration with the QA director
  • adhere to policies and procedures for the program
  • serving as liaison and educating community resources regarding ACT
  • to organize and provide on call and crisis coverage
