| Required Skills: | Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in architecture, engineering, or related fi eld; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
2-5 years of demonstrated experience in building technology, code knowledge, product research, and specifications
Evidence of quality project document delivery with intermediate knowledge of building science
Strong knowledge of architectural design, engineering coordination, design trends, products, construction methodology and procedures, building systems, codes, material application, and manufacture-supplier appropriateness
Intermediate knowledge in architectural specification writing, and intermediate BSD SpecLink skills; Bluebeam, Revit and MS Office knowledge is preferred
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines
