Rural Services Graduate Intern, Summer 2024Location:Virtual, Arden Hills, MN or Washington, D.C. officeDuration:10 weeks (May - August 2024)Relocation Assistance:ProvidedRole Overview:The Rural Services Graduate Intern will be responsible for developing a landscape assessment for both current and future strategic initiatives that will be considered by our executive leadership team. This individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on several related projects throughout the summer, collaborating closely with the Rural Services leadership team, Government Relations team, and external partners. Upon the end of this internship, this individual will deliver and present a comprehensive strategy for future rural initiatives, all closely linked to emerging and developed policy priorities at both the state and federal level.Competencies-Skills (Required):Curious and Analytical:Exhibits intellectual curiosity and the ability to delve beyond the surface to uncover essential insights and business implications.Driven and Results-Oriented:Demonstrates a sense of urgency and flexibility to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
