Job Description

 
Moves, locates, relocates, stacks and counts stock with the assistance ofa forklift, clamp truck and/or other power equipment. Will assist otheremployees in packing, loading material into 50lb bags. General Accountabilities Unloads inbound shipments and loads outbound shipments safely andefficiently. Moves materials in and out of storage locations accurately and withoutdamage to items. Moves materials from staging and/or storage areas into trailers and/orother transport vehicles. Stacks and stages materials. Fills orders. Pulls and prepares materials for shipment. Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Inspects and performs minor maintenance on power equipment. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner per companypolicies. Keeps well-organized records and reports. Ensures proper stock rotation. Maintains clean, neat and orderly work area. Complies with all safety rules. Performs minor repairs on equipment, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years of related experience License/Certification: Valid state driver's license; valid Class B license;OSHA Forklift Training certificate preferred.
