Clarence. Stephen Development. Maintenance Technician. $20 - $22/hour. Stephen Development is looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to their Property Management team. This organization is a family-owned business with excellent benefits and growth opportunities. We are looking for a technician with an electrical background, skilled in residential/commercial renovations and building maintenance. New construction experience is a plus.
