Senior Microsoft Business Central Developer

LOCATION: Anywhere in continental US. Preference to candidates in the following regions: Fargo, ND; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; San Ramon, CA; Menlo Park, CA; Pasadena, CA; Fresno, CA; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Laguna Hills, CA; Irvine, CA.

A Day in the Life
As a Senior Business Central Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class Microsoft and digital transformation practice. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, M365, and D365, combined with your business acumen, will drive value for our clients and contribute to their digital success.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and other Sales Engineers to provide estimates and architect solutions that meet clients' business needs in accordance with Microsoft and Eide Bailly's best practices
Consult with clients and other Business Central consultants to understand complex business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and work with your team to implement the solutions you've helped architect
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to guide strategic adjustments
Train internal teams on industry trends, new features, and successful strategies
Provide expertise in solution architecture, Microsoft licensing, and software capability assessments to support business development
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
Lead discovery processes and facilitate groups to achieve actionable outcomes

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, etc,
Dynamics Business Central Developer or AL expert
7+ years of experience working with stakeholders to define business needs and develop technology strategies
5+ years of experience deploying, administering, customizing, and/or supporting Azure, Dynamics 365 / Business Central, and M365 implementations at scale
Microsoft Certified Solution Architect for Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment with changing priorities
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS components as well as Power Platform low and no-code technologies
Proactive and independent work ethic with a focus on problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
Willingness to attain additional Microsoft certifications within the first six months of employment
Experience with 3rd and 4th generation programming languages - such as C#, Java, SQL or R
Required skills:

Expert skills around Dynamics 365 / Business Central
Expert skills around AL development
Power Platform proficiency

Preferred skills:
Power Platform solution architecture skills
Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD

Compensation
Base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
