Job Summary

Overview: We are seeking a Project Scheduler who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans. Generate and maintain the program schedule in Microsoft Project Load schedules with resource and cost information Identify and track program risk in Microsoft Project Coordinate schedule reviews and weekly status updates with team Assist Program Manager in directing all phases of programs from inception through completion. Supports the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Coordinates schedule management of a cross-functional team of associates with a wide range of skill sets, ensuring tasks of all team members are well understood and executed. Ensures program-wide focus on schedule. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. Identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Helps control expenditures within limitation of project budget. Help develop and deliver presentations to management, and other program stakeholders. Desired Attributes: Experience with Earned Value Management Planning or scheduling experience Competent in Microsoft Project Excellent interpersonal skills Basic Qualifications: Level 2: Bachelors degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree and at least 1 year of experience. Level 3: Bachelors degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree and at least 4 year of experience. Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite Detailed oriented Ability to multitask Strong communication and organizational skills Salary Range: $68,500 - $102,700 Salary Range 2: $84,200 - $126,400
