    UW Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the Urology Clinic at our Eastside Specialty Center, located in Bellevue.

    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    The Eastside Specialty Center is UW Medicine's largest ambulatory clinic. The Eastside Specialty Center has multiple specialties and is known for providing endoscopies, colonoscopies, cardiac tests, radiology exams, and medication infusions for patients living east of Seattle.

    This position will specifically support our urology service line, providing care for a broad range of general urologic conditions.

    WORK SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Day shifts only

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide care to urology patients, including those with prostate, bladder, and other urological conditions
  • Perform catheter changes
  • Collect specimens
  • Assist providers during minimally invasive procedures
  • Provide pre-op and post-op care
  • Assist with patient admissions, phone triage, and record keeping
  • Complete patient paperwork, including forms for insurance authorizations and disability accommodations 

    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of medical-surgical or ambulatory nursing experience
  • Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
  • Active BLS
