Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Sweet Baked Snacks Finance
Support financial activity for the Customer and Category Business (CCB) Team for the Sweet Baked Snacks Strategic Business Area (SBA) of our company. Leverage your leadership and data story telling skills to support the growth of our Sweet Baked Snacks SBA.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: 30% in office expectation (~6 days per month)
In this role you will:
Provide objective financial leadership and guidance (including financial visibility and decision support) to help these teams achieve Sweet Baked Snacks SBA and Retailer sales and profit objectives.
Provide guidance for the setting and review of trade strategies and pricing decisions. Support business partners to ensure they make informed and profitable decisions.
Partner closely with U.S. Retail and AFH/International Sales Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely Plan and Forecasts, including participation and aggregation of the volume and trade consensus process.
Support business partners in identifying opportunities to optimize customer contributions toward meeting the Company's sales and profit objectives (including participation in incremental opportunities analysis, ongoing mix/ROI analysis, JBP support and linkage to LRP activities, etc.).
In addition to CCB and Sales activities, support the broader Sweet Baked Snacks Finance team on key initiatives and various run-model activities.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
3+ years of finance experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent Excel spreadsheet capabilities
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and strong focus on accuracy and precision
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, drive change, and meet deadlines
Trade system and customer trade knowledge
