The Online Sales Manager will focus on impacting sales results at the community level, successful community launch execution and hiring/coaching/training Online Sales Consultants in their area of responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the divisions in achieving communities at plan by communicating online sales activity, providing monthly reports and overseeing extra outreach activities in target communities
- Continuously enhance the customer experience by improving the skills of individual OSCs and refining the systems that support them
- Serve as liaison between OSC team, regional team, marketing team, division management and SMR to ensure frequent communication amongst the teams to execute community specific launch
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the OSC position including conversion goals and standards of performance
Qualifications
- Strong Organizational and Technology Skills with the ability to lead change
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
