JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mead & Hunt is a Top 100 national
engineering/architecture consulting firm with a growing water/wastewater
practice. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a
water/wastewater project manager/engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities include: Serving as the project manager for industrial
and municipal water and wastewater projects Overseeing design as well as
performing technical design tasks Hydraulic and treatment analyses
Drafting proposals with scope and pricing Provide study/evaluation and
design lead engineering services Mentoring and providing technical
guidance to project team and junior staff Performing quality control and
quality assurance reviews Serving as a client manager Travel will be
required (10-20%) The successful candidate must have all of the
following: A bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in civil, chemical,
environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or
university At least four years of relevant experience The ideal
candidate will have experience in any/all of the following: PE license
in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
Water/Wastewater supply and treatment design experience including:
Developing plans Specifications Probable Construction and Life Cycle
Cost Estimates Facility and capital planning Study and design reports
for sewer piping, structures, pump stations, liquid and solids phase
pumping/treatment and material handling systems Project management
(scope, schedule and budget) Mentoring and providing technical guidance
to staff Client management for public and private entities Experience
coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary teams If you have strong
