Maintenace Administrator

JOB GOALS:

Oversee major projects within the Facilities Department and oversee everyday compliance measures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

General Contractors License
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License

DUTIES:

Manage MSBA projects through to completion.
Building Component Inspections/Recordkeeping/Building Dept. Certification issuance of Certificate of Inspection concerning: Elevators*Fire Alarm Systems*Sprinklers* Kitchen Ansul Systems*Kitchen Hood Grease inspections*Fire Extinguishers*Telescoping Seating*Pressure Vessel(Boiler, Water Heater, Air Compressor) State Insurance inspector*PreK Annual Inspections*Emergency/Exit Light *Emergency Generator *Hallway Fire Door Magnetic Hold open inspections*
Oversee building and repair projects.
Assumes primary responsibility for compliance, building inspections, and asbestos surveillance.
AHERA/Asbestos Designated Person Certification. Inspections, manage and record all abatement activities.
IAQ response protocol management
Schools emergency response- water, heat, electricity, gas, sewer, roofing, glass, doors.
OSHA Compliance plan management
Building Dept- Craftsman permitting
Preventive Maintenance - inspections, frequency, documentation

REPORTS TO: Superintendent

Primary Location    CENTRAL SUPPLY
Salary Range    $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 / FULL TIME (12 MONTH)
