Position Summary
The School of Social Work has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The position is responsible for supporting project objectives associated with the Buffalo Mental Health Services Professional (MHSP) Fellowship Program within the School of Social Work.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative processes associated with the MHSP Fellowship Program, including the use of software to track and monitor expenses and help facilitate completion of necessary fellowship paperwork.
  • Build and maintain relationships with K-12 school partners throughout Western New York.
  • Recruit potential graduate students for the Fellowship Program and provide support throughout the application process.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years experience in K-12 education, social work practice, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous project coordination or management experience; project/grant coordination experience; experience in student services or related fields; experience with UB Business offices and systems.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position,  occasionally moves,  frequently operates a computer and office equipment,

Salary Range $15,000 - $17,500 based on 0.40 FTE
Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate.
