We are seeking a Weekend Farm Staff, Part-Time, to assist with our dairy operations. Gould Farm is committed to creating a safe, well-ordered, and regenerative farm and agriculture environment. Primary Responsibilities

Dairy Operations
-    Milking Cows: Perform all tasks associated with milking cows, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
-    Animal Care: Assist with feeding, watering, and general care of the cows.
-    Barn Maintenance: Clean and maintain the barn to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the livestock.
-    Milk Handling: Properly handle milk in compliance with Gould Farm procedures as well as state and federal regulations. This includes record-keeping and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications
-    Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of dairy operation knowledge and experience is preferred.
-    Skills: Ability to work independently, and commitment to promoting the values and spirit of Gould Farm.
-    Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.

Work Schedule: 1 Morning a Week (Saturday or Sunday)

Compensation: $18-20 per hour
