<br>Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.<br>
<br>Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.<br>
<br>Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.<br>

<b>Role & Responsibility</b></b>
<br>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Design - Contribute to the design of our product by developing and modifying equipment using Creo 3D modeling software</li>
<li>Embedded Software - Assist in developing hardware and software strategies to support vehicle architecture while meeting industry standards and regulations </li>
<li>Electrical - Assist in the creation, modification and maintenance of engineering design of assigned product systems and components</li>
<li>Electrical Test - Support and complete electrical component testing in the environmental lab</li>
<li>Product Service - Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty</li>
<li>Manufacturing - Analyze and make recommendations on the manufacturing process of our products in terms of quality, economic and ergonomic factors</li>
<li>Product Cost - Work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Finance to develop analytical models that will predict the cost structure of current and future components</li>
<li>Quality - Complete formal audits and assessments on products and processes.</li>
<li>Software Development - Develop and test new and emerging technology to build proof of concept and minimally viable products</li>
<li>Supplier Development - Assist with supplier/component qualification, supply base change management, root cause & corrective actions, and improve supplier quality and delivery performance</li>
<li>Test - Develop and set up tests to evaluate functionality and performance related to structural fatigue, sound, hydraulic, and cooling</li></ul>

<b>Job Requirement</b></b>

<b>Requirements for these positions:</b>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Engineering field</li>
<li>3.0 or higher GPA preferred</li>
<li>Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>
