Job Title: MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
Shift / Pay: 3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM (Sun-Thurs) $22.01-$23.51 DOE
Description:
Mechanical Assemblers - Responsible for building Valents HVAC units (Valent makes the catalog HVAC systems) and Innovents HVAC systems (Innovent makes the custom HVAC systems). Candidates will work off of shop floor paperwork to build the units. Responsibilities include, basic hand tool use, riveting sheet metal together, lifting components in place in the units with a team of other assemblers.
Green Heck is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling HVAC units. Your expertise and precision will contribute to the successful completion of various projects, ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems.
Candidates with construction experience or mechanical assembly experience work out the best.
Candidate will be on their knees, bending over, crouching, and in weird positions assembling the HVAC units.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Must be able to read a tape measure
-Must have at least 2+ years of experience working in a mechanical position requiring the use of hand tools
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
-Must be willing to submit to a DT/BG
