Job Description
Direct and prepare specialty Mediterranean inspired American style-burgers and other dishes. Develop and price new and existing menu items. Create and implement quality control practices to ensure staff compliance with food quality, sanitation and safety regulations. Design and train kitchen staff in food presentation. Schedule kitchen staff shifts and hours. Order and maintain ingredients and supplies as needed.
