Columbus Springs Dublin is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Dublin, Ohio. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Columbus Springs Dublin we are dedicated to Changing People's Lives.

Position Details

Director is responsible for development/administration of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Staff Development activities throughout the hospital to ensure that all state, federal, TJC standards for care consistently met.
Collects and analyzes data on hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to improve hospital performance and ensure provision of quality care.
Works closely with all Department Director's to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis.
Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all hospital incidents.

Qualifications

Education:

Master's degree in a health related field preferred, or Bachelor's degree in a health related field with equivalent in a psychiatric hospital. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.

License:

If applicable, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, RN.

Additional Requirements:

CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
