Job Description:
Secretary - Class B - FINANCE
Full Time 230 days/8 hours/day

Duties: Deposits, printing of checks, end of month reports and account management, input requisition forms from outside vendors and warehouse, assist with capital, facility and athletic budgets, distribution of monthly reports to department leaders, manage student fines, collect behind the wheel, vouchers, manage student fines, visa card transactions, and end of year report. Other clerical duties include receptionist, clerical support and appointments; and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; ability / desire to use computer for word processing, record keeping and information retrieval; good oral and written communication and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail; flexibility; ability / desire to work cooperatively with department, district staff and public; ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Must be physically working in the building.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with Synergy preferred.

Rate of pay: $18.95/hour.
Insurance benefits available for assigned positions of 6 hours or more per day and 194 days per year.
